You have 120 days from the date of order to request a return. We accept returns on opened and unopened products. 

 

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact Us First Email us at support@aurivita.co within 120 days of receiving your order. Please include your Order Number and a brief mention that you would like to process a return.

Step 2: Ship Your Items Back Package up the products from your order and ship them to our return address below with your order number written on the package.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Returns sent without tracking are at the customer's risk, and refunds cannot be issued for packages we do not receive.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 10 days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

 

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are not refundable. If your order included a shipping charge, your refund will cover the product price only.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please do not simply return it. Instead, contact us at support@aurivita.co with photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return shipping required for damaged items.

 

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet shipped. Email support@aurivita.co with your order number to request a cancellation.
