Right of Withdrawal — EU & EEA Customers
If you are a consumer based in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, in addition to our standard 120-Day Money-Back Guarantee. This page explains your rights under Directive 2011/83/EU (the Consumer Rights Directive).
Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods. For subscription orders, the period begins on the day you receive your first delivery.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) before the 14-day period has expired.
Email us at support@aurivita.co with the subject line "EU Withdrawal Request — Order #[your order number]". You may use the model withdrawal form provided in Annex I of the Directive, but it is not obligatory. Your message should state your decision to withdraw, your order number, the date the order was placed, the date the goods were received, your name, and your address.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but excluding any supplementary costs for premium or expedited shipping you selected at checkout). We will carry out the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earliest.
Returning the Goods
You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

Please write your order number on the package and include a copy of your withdrawal notice. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service — returns sent without tracking are at your risk, and refunds cannot be issued for packages we do not receive.
Important Exception — Sealed Goods (Health & Hygiene)
Under Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. Aurivita supplement bags are supplied with a tamper-evident hygiene seal. Once that seal is broken, the bag can no longer be returned under the statutory right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons. Unopened bags (seal intact) remain fully eligible for withdrawal within 14 days.

Diminished Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
