I placed my Order for this product (the Aurivita Capsaicin Powder) on July 23, 2026 and today is August 19, 2026 and still no delivery. I am very skeptical at this point as I have emailed the contact number provided in this advertisement and yes, I did get a reply, but the reply did not address the fact that I haven't received my ordered product. The reply simply said "Really glad we got that resolved for you, it means a lot that you reached out." Furthermore, the tracking number that was provided to me to locate where the order was at was not recognized by the US Postal Service, which is the method that I was directed by the company email reply to check with. At this point, even though I had high hopes that this product would be worth trying, I have not been able to try it because it was never delivered to me. Therefore I will start the process to get a refund. Hopefully the refund will come through!

I emailed customer services two-week after I ordered it on July 23, 2026, and I have yet to receive any response other than seeing more product advertisements emailed to me. Now, It has been three-weeks since placing my order for the Aurivita Capsaicin Power, and I am now thinking that it won’t and that I’ve been scammed.

I ordered on Monday, August 3. I watched the tracking information and it said it was at my local post office. When I went to the post office they told me the package had been intercepted by the sender and sent back to them. When I call the number on the website no one answers. The voice recording says the wait time is 3 minutes but it drops the call around 2 minutes. I’ve called several times and it is the same thing every call. This seems very suspicious. This is definitely not something you expect from a reputable company.

Just started on my 3rd bag. Seems like this may an improvement. Too early to tell. I did see an add on Facebook today mentioned a QR code on the back. My bag has a barcode but not a QR code. Also the manufacturing date and the expiration date appear to be in day month year format. Where is this product made?

There haven't been any change in my erection, strength, and firmness. I am still very much flaccid. Furthermore, I am extremely disappointed because I take 4 gel tabs a day, consecutively, every single day without so much as the slightest bit of improvement. I received my order with a manufacture date of 12 /18/25 was shipped from Azeal supplements LLC and the first ingredient was soy bean oil. My three bags said Capsaicin Power. I’ve been talking this capsaicin for nearly 6 months now and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I mainly started it for blood pressure and have seen a gradual decrease in pressure over 6 months from mid 150’s to mid 120’s as low as 121/72 I’m 63 and exercise regularly eat lots of various protein and very few carbs . There orders have always been on time . I’ve recommended to a few friends I think this is a good product !
