Subscription Policy

1. How your subscription works

When you start a subscription, you authorize Aurivita to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis, at the price and delivery frequency you selected at checkout, until you cancel. Your subscription renews and ships automatically each billing cycle. You can view your current price, products, quantity, and delivery schedule anytime in your account.

2. Billing

Your first charge is made when you place your order. Each renewal is charged on your scheduled billing date for that cycle, at your subscription price plus any applicable taxes and shipping. If a payment fails, we may retry it over several days; if it continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime before your next billing date, and there is no cancellation fee. You may cancel through your account, or by emailing us at support@aurivita.co.

Please note that if you cancel by email, cancellation is not instant. It takes effect once our team processes your request, and there may be a short response delay. To make sure you are not charged for your next order, we strongly recommend cancelling as early as possible before your billing date, and through your account where possible, since email requests received close to your billing date may not be processed in time to stop the upcoming order. Once a renewal order has been charged, please see our refund and return terms below.

4. Pausing, skipping, and changing your subscription

Before your next billing date, you can pause, skip, reschedule, or change the products and quantities in your subscription at any time from your account.

5. Refunds and returns on renewal orders

Because renewals are billed and fulfilled automatically, refund eligibility depends on the status of the order. If your renewal order has not yet shipped, you may request a refund by contacting support@aurivita.co, and we will cancel and refund that order. If your renewal order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, and you will need to wait until the order arrives and then return it in accordance with our Refund Policy to be eligible for a refund. All refunds and returns are subject to our full Refund Policy.

6. Price changes

We may adjust subscription pricing from time to time. If we do, we will notify you in advance, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect on your next billing date.
